Autoquip offers a unique product line of tip cleaners for both single head and dual headed guns in conventional or electrostatic configurations. The Autoquip gun tip cleaner incorporates a modular design and is Teflon coated for easy maintenance. The unit comes in 4, 6, or 8 spray nozzle configurations and can be equipped with a Venturi vacuum system to reduce solvent spray into the open atmosphere. Piping connection to the automated tipcleaner is simple requiring only solvent and plant air feeds and if desired waste recovery piping. Autoquip also offers a rugged, simple control system for the valve actuation.
